(Monday, May 22, 2023; Dededo, Guam) Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) has suspended visiting hours as of this evening at 7:00 pm. All GRMC clinics will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 23, until the island is placed on Condition of Readiness (COR) 4. Outpatient appointments and elective surgeries scheduled this week will be postponed and rescheduled accordingly.
All admitted patients are permitted one (1) watcher. Watchers must be checked in with Customer Relations in the Main lobby no later than Tuesday, May 23, at 10:00 am. Switching out will not be permitted after this time. Please note; watchers are encouraged to bring food for personal consumption (that does not require refrigeration) for the duration of the storm.
GRMC does not provide maternal child health services, therefore, all individuals requiring such services should proceed to GMH. However, all emergencies will be properly assessed, triaged, and treated accordingly.
