(Monday, October 19, 2026; Dededo, Guam) – Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) has resumed normal visiting hours effective today, October 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., following Super Typhoon Champi.
GRMC extends its sincere appreciation to the community for its patience, understanding, and cooperation during the temporary service suspensions implemented as a precautionary measure during the super typhoon. Patients whose appointments were affected by the temporary service suspensions will be contacted directly by GRMC to assist with rescheduling, if they have not already been contacted.
GRMC remains committed to providing a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while continuing to deliver high-quality healthcare to the people of Guam. We extend our gratitude to our physicians, nurses, employees, first responders, and community partners for their dedication throughout Super Typhoon Champi, as well as our patients and families for their continued understanding and support.
