(Tuesday, September 5, 2023; Dededo, Guam) Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) presents the return of its longest-running outreach program, Walk With GRMC. The weekly fitness event will take place at the Micronesia Mall center court every Thursday beginning September 7, 2023. The event is free and open to the public of all ages.
Walk With GRMC will begin with a series of warm-up activities, followed by a walk on the first and second floors of the mall (equivalent to 1-mile). The event will conclude with strength-building exercises and a cool-down routine. Participants are asked to wear comfortable, athletic wear and athletic shoes. Prior to the event, participants will be asked to sign waiver forms from GRMC and the Micronesia Mall.
The Walk With GRMC outreach launched in 2015 and was held annually until 2020 due to the pandemic.
