Dr. Utchariya “DeeDee” Anantamongkol, PhD, MD, is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has practiced in major U.S. health systems and Thailand and now resides in Guam, where she is dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and advanced anesthesia care to patients in the region.
Dr. Utchariya “DeeDee” Anantamongkol, PhD, MD, is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with advanced fellowship training in Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia. She earned her medical degree and PhD in Physiology from Mahidol University’s Siriraj Hospital Faculty of Medicine in Thailand and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, with licensure in both the United States and Thailand.
Dr. DeeDee completed her Anesthesiology residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago before pursuing fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she specialized in regional anesthesia and perioperative pain management. Her clinical experience includes serving as an attending anesthesiologist with the Marshfield Clinic Health System in Wisconsin, as well as providing anesthesia care at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital and Siriraj Hospital.
Now proudly residing in Guam, Dr. DeeDee brings compassionate, patient-centered care and global clinical expertise to our island community. Fluent in both English and Thai, she is dedicated to advancing safe, high-quality anesthesia care for the people of Guam and the region.
