She completed her Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL, following her Internal Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Patel earned her Medical Doctor degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies, and holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Arizona.
