Dr. Edison Pineda Manaloto, is a board-certified internist and proud product of Guam’s public-school system. After an eclectic work career in the finance sector as an auditor, Assistant Director of Finance, adjunct faculty at the University of Guam, and budget analyst for both the late Senator Vicente (ben) Pangelinan and Speaker Benjamin Cruz, Dr. Manaloto completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at De La Salle Health Sciences Institute in 2015, where he consistently made the Dean’s list. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Hawaii in 2020 with distinction in ultrasonography. He returned to Guam as a licensed physician in Guam and Hawaii.
Dr. Manaloto is a member of the American College of Physicians and holds a Certificate for Healthcare Quality and Safety from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. He is expanding his career and education in finance as a doctoral student at Liberty University, pursing a degree of Doctor of Public Administration, where his research interests include healthcare economics and healthcare disparities in the Western Pacific.
In his spare time, Dr. Manaloto, likes to spend quality time with his wife and two sons on Guam’s beaches.
