Dr. Lee is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Echocardiography. His research interest includes acute respiratory distress syndrome, high flow nasal cannula, and fluid responsiveness.
Dr. Chi Chan Lee studied at China Medical University in Taiwan where he received his medical degree. He completed his Internship and Residency at Aventura Hospital Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Dr Lee then completed his Critical Care Fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He also attended George Washington University in Washington, DC for a Master of Public Health degree.

Dr. Lee is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Thoracic Society.
When not working, Dr. Lee enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing the trumpet. He is also interested in herb therapy and is a health coach certified by Institution of Integrative Nutrition.
