Laura Chaney, MS, CF-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist at GRMC. A recent graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, she provides evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for both children and adults.
Laura Chaney, MS, CF-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist at GRMC. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University.
As a recent graduate beginning her professional career at GRMC, Laura brings fresh knowledge, compassionate care, and a strong commitment to serving patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. Her clinical training included experience in hospital, rehabilitation, and pediatric settings, where she supported patients and families through individualized, evidence-based therapy.
Laura is passionate about helping patients improve their communication and quality of life and is excited to serve the people of Guam as part of the GRMC team.
Outside of the hospital, Laura enjoys reading, exercising, going to the beach, hiking, traveling, and boating with her husband.
