
Dr. Kin-Sing Au is an experienced radiation oncologist who has recently transitioned to GRMC, where he will continue to provide oncology services to Guam. Previously, he served as the Medical Director at Island Cancer Center and held significant leadership positions, including Clinical Director of Radiation Oncology at Inova Loudoun Hospital. With over 30 years of clinical experience and numerous accolades, Dr. Au brings a wealth of expertise in radiation oncology and a strong commitment to patient care.

Dr. Kin-Sing Au is a Radiation Oncologist with more than three decades of clinical experience, recently transitioning to GRMC. Dr. Au served as the Medical Director at Island Cancer Center where he played a pivotal role in advancing the center’s cancer care services. He is widely respected for his leadership, clinical expertise, and contributions to the field of radiation oncology, having held prominent positions such as Clinical Director of Radiation Oncology at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia.
Dr. Au’s extensive career includes significant academic and leadership roles. He was a Clinical Instructor at Georgetown University Hospital and served as the Program Director for the Center for Cancer Research at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He also chaired the Cancer Committee at Inova Loudoun Hospital and served as the Cancer Liaison Physician for the hospital’s cancer program. His work contributed to the hospital receiving multiple accreditations, including Accreditation with Commendation by the Commission on Cancer (American College of Surgeons).
A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Au completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University Hospital before specializing in Radiation Oncology at the University of Arizona Health Science Center, where he was Chief Resident. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology, with additional training in geriatric care from Johns Hopkins.
In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Au has contributed to the academic and scientific community through numerous publications and presentations. He has been an active speaker, delivering talks on various radiation oncology topics to both professional audiences and community groups.
As he embarks on his new role at GRMC, Dr. Au remains committed to improving patient outcomes and advancing cancer treatment in the region. His leadership, clinical proficiency, and passion for patient-centered care make him a valuable asset to the community.
