Daniel Crosby, MS, CRNA, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and retired Commander of the United States Navy Nurse Corps with over 26 years of service. A Georgetown University graduate, he brings unmatched clinical, military, and leadership experience to his role as Chief Nurse Anesthetist at GRMC. Daniel is recognized for his excellence in anesthesia care, education, and mentorship across diverse clinical environments worldwide.

Daniel Crosby earned his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he graduated with distinction. He maintains active certifications as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) across multiple states and territories. A seasoned instructor and Master Training Specialist, Daniel is also an ACLS Instructor, reflecting his commitment to clinical education and emergency preparedness.
With more than two decades of anesthesia experience, Daniel currently serves as Chief Nurse Anesthetist at GRMC, where he provides anesthesia services for six operating rooms, including interventional radiology, cath lab, and obstetric procedures. His leadership within the Anesthesia Department ensures high-quality patient care and operational excellence throughout GRMC’s surgical services. Throughout his Navy career, he was recognized for his skill in critical and combat anesthesia, as well as for mentoring medical personnel and student nurse anesthetists in advanced clinical and emergency care.
Now at GRMC, Daniel continues to embody excellence in anesthesia care, leadership, and education. His wealth of global experience and dedication to service enriches Guam’s healthcare community and inspires the next generation of nurse anesthetists.
