Dr. Gregory is a diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. She is a member of the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine and the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Gregory is also a a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP).
Dr. Charmaine Gregory comes to GRMC from Michigan, where she received many accolades for her work, including the 2019 Michigan College of Emergency Physicians, Emergency Physician of the Year. Dr. Gregory earned her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Medical School. She conducted her Emergency Medicine Residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, where she was also the Chief Resident during her tenure.
A believer in continuing education, Dr. Gregory was a Medical Education Scholar at the University of Michigan in 2008, where she received her certification. She also completed an American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Teaching Fellow in 2010.
Dr. Gregory worked with the Emergency Physicians Medical Group (EPMG) throughout Michigan, following her graduation. Her career with EPMG included time at the Munson Cadillac Hospital, Lakeland Hospital, and Ann Arbor. While in Ann Arbor, Dr. Gregory was an Attending Physician at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Clinical Faculty at the University of Michigan/ St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency, and part of the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Michigan.

Her hobbies include facing her fear of public speaking by being a public speaker and host of the Fearless Freedom with Dr. G podcast. She is a wife and mother of three. Her hobbies are spending time with her family travelling, participating in sports, and building memories. Dr. Gregory also enjoys gardening and looks forward to learning tips for gardening here on Guam.
