
Dr. Caleb King is GRMC’s pathologist, a medical detective, who examines samples of tissue and blood, looking for evidence of disease. He plays a critical role in diagnosing and evaluating disorders using the sophisticated tools available to him as the Medical Director of the GRMC Lab.

Dr. Caleb King is GRMC’s pathologist, a medical detective, who examines samples of tissue and blood, looking for evidence of disease. He plays a critical role in diagnosing and evaluating disorders using the sophisticated tools available to him as the Medical Director of the GRMC Lab.
Dr. King completed his Fellowship, Residency, and received his Medical Degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He is a seasoned pathologist who has served as a Medical Director, Lab Director, and Clinical Associate Pathologist of several hospitals in central Virginia.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. King enjoys running, hiking, cycling, going to the movie theaters, and trying to learn Japanese. Dr King adds, “Please contact me if you can do tutoring.”
