Christopher Adajar is a physical therapy assistant at GRMC with extensive experience in hospital-based rehabilitation and physical medicine. He provides evidence-based, patient-centered care to help individuals reduce pain, restore mobility, and regain functional independence within Guam’s community.

Christopher Adajar is a physical therapy assistant at GRMC, bringing extensive experience in hospital-based rehabilitation and leadership within physical medicine and rehabilitation departments. He has served in both staff and chief physical therapist roles, providing comprehensive care for patients requiring orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Christopher utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, electrical stimulation, and functional training to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. With a collaborative and patient-centered approach, he is committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to support the health and recovery of Guam’s community.
Outside of the hospital, Christopher enjoys traveling, watching movies, cooking playing with his dog, and spending time with family.
