Lilia Lynch is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who has been with GRMC since 2017. Originally hired as a registered nurse, Lynch earned her APRN from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) by completing over 700 clinical hours at private family medicine practice, internal medicine practice, ED fast track in a community hospital, at the Naval Hospital Guam family medicine clinic (pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology and urology), Andersen AFB women’s health clinic, a rural Texas health clinic, and from a women’s health trip to Nicaragua as part of her educational program. She did this while simultaneously working at GRMC.

Lynch began her career in nursing in Russia upon receiving her Registered Nurse Diploma from Amurskii Medical College. She worked as a RN in the Hematology/Neurology ward at Children’s City Hospital Blagoveshensk, Russia. In 2008, she earned an Associates in Nursing at San Antonio College and began working at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas.

In 2014, Lynch earned her Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) after graduating Summa Cum Laude from TTUHSC, where she also earned her Masters of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. While studying for her BSN, Lynch continued working as a RN at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital and Baptist Emergency Hospital in Schertz, Texas. Lynch is experienced in medical-surgical/telemetry, inpatient and ER units which has made her indispensable at GRMC.

Lynch is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Guam and certified as Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

When not expanding her skill as an APRN, Lynch enjoys hiking, exercising, reading and traveling. She speaks English and Russian.
