Roseanne Williams, MSN-FNP, APRN, is a Guam-born and raised Family Nurse Practitioner with
over 10 years of nursing experience. A Southern High School graduate, Air Force veteran, and
former travel nurse, she is proud to return home to serve the people of Guam through
compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based care.

Born and raised on Guam, Roseanne Williams is honored to return home and care for the community that shaped her. She is the daughter of Ann Quenga Manibusan and Randolph Iglesias Castro and a proud graduate of Southern High School.
Roseanne earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minnesota and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mobile in Alabama. As an Air Force veteran and experienced travel nurse, she brings a diverse clinical background in oncology, primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, telemetry, and medical-surgical nursing.
Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Roseanne was known as a travel nurse serving alongside the dedicated telemetry and medical-surgical teams at GRMC, strengthening her commitment to providing high-quality care to the island community.
As a Hematology-Oncology provider, Roseanne is committed to supporting patients and their
families through every stage of their healthcare journey with compassion, education, and
evidence-based care.
Outside of her professional commitments, Roseanne enjoys spending time with family,
traveling, community involvement, and embracing the culture and beauty of Guam.
