
(Tuesday, April 7, 2026; Dededo, Guam) – Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) proudly announces that Charlotte Huntsman, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR, GRMC Chief Human Resources Officer, has been featured in the Spring 2026 Hawai‘i–Pacific Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Quarterly Newsletter.
Huntsman holds a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is certified as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is also a member of the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).

Huntsman’s feature recognizes her more than 25 years of experience in human resources and her leadership in building a strong, resilient healthcare workforce in Guam. Her career reflects a global perspective, with experience spanning the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Guam. Across industries—including military contracting, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations—she has developed a people-centered approach grounded in adaptability, cultural awareness, and strategic leadership.
At GRMC, Huntsman has been instrumental in shaping and strengthening the organization’s Human Resources infrastructure. After returning to GRMC in 2018, she assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, where she continues to lead initiatives focused on workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational growth. Her leadership has supported GRMC’s expansion to more than 1,100 employees while maintaining a strong commitment to its mission and values.
In her feature, Huntsman highlights workforce development as one of the most critical challenges facing healthcare today, emphasizing the need for accessible education and intentional leadership.
