Michelle Eley, CCC-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist at GRMC. She brings diverse clinical experience across pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, and feeding and swallowing disorders, with advanced training from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Combining a background in research, education, and interdisciplinary care, Michelle provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help patients of all ages regain their voice, cognition, and quality of life.

Michelle Eley is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist at GRMC. Trained in communication sciences and disorders at UNCG, Michelle brings a diverse background in research, education, and interdisciplinary care to her practice at GRMC. Her clinical experience includes work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations across a variety of clinical, school, and community settings. She is also a certified provider of SPEAK OUT! Therapy, a program designed to help people with Parkinson’s improve their communication skills. With a care philosophy based in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and patient education, she offers individualized, evidence-based services in speech, language, cognitive-linguistic communication, and feeding and swallowing to empower and support patients in their communication, recovery, and long-term wellness.
Outside of the hospital, Michelle enjoys listening to live music, eating delicious food, watching old German movies, and taking in Guam’s iridescent sunrises. She was a culture studies educator in her previous career and remains a life-long student of language and culture.
