Aubrey Phillips, MSN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience spanning urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, emergency nursing, and critical care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from South University and has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017, caring for patients across all ages — from infancy through older adulthood — with both acute and chronic medical needs.
Aubrey currently serves patients in Guam at GRM, where she provides comprehensive family practice and urgent care services. Her advanced clinical skillset includes minor surgical procedures, chronic disease management, women’s health, infectious disease evaluation, and health promotion counseling. Prior to relocating to Guam, she served in government, private practice, and multi-disciplinary healthcare settings across the United States, including work in urgent care, pediatrics, and military-affiliated healthcare environments.
Her nursing foundation began in the Emergency and Critical Care setting, where she spent over a decade caring for high-acuity patients, stabilizing medical and trauma emergencies, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. This experience shaped her strong clinical judgement, calm presence, and compassionate, patient-centered approach.
