Marc Peiper, NP, ANP-BC, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of expertise in adult patient care, specializing in hematology and oncology. He has an extensive background in managing complex oncology cases, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and supporting patients and families through critical treatment decisions. Marc brings his wealth of expertise to GRMC, where he will enhance the hospital’s oncology and adult care services with his advanced clinical skills and patient-centered approach.

Marc Peiper, NP, ANP-BC, is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with two decades of experience in adult health, with a strong foundation in hematology and oncology. He earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Nova Southeastern University, as well as his Master of Science in Nursing (Adult Health Nurse Practitioner) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida.
Marc began his advanced practice career at the Cancer Centers of Florida, where he managed complex hematologic and oncologic conditions, facilitated clinical trials, and played a critical role in patient and family education, guiding individuals through difficult treatment decisions. He later joined Florida Cancer Centers as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner, where he provided comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, managed treatment-related side effects, performed bone marrow biopsies, and collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.
Marc’s career is distinguished by his commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. His arrival at GRMC represents an important step in expanding specialized care services for the community, bringing compassionate expertise to support patients and their families through every stage of treatment.
Outside of professional commitments, Marc enjoys working out and traveling.
