“We’re proud to come together from different specialties to share vital education on diabetic foot care,” says Dr. Sangalang. “Foot-related complications are one of the most common and dangerous issues for people living with diabetes. Through education and early intervention, our team can help our community reduce the risk of wounds, infections, and amputations. Healing truly starts with awareness and early action.”

Kristine Mae Pasco adds, “Events like this help break down barriers to care by making expert information and preventive health services more accessible. It’s important for our community to know that managing diabetes isn’t just about blood sugar, it’s about the whole body. Our goal is to educate, support, and empower patients to take charge of their health before complications arise.”
