(Friday, April 11, 2025; Dededo, Guam) – Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) is proud to celebrate a significant achievement for its surgical team—several of its surgical technicians have successfully completed a specialized training program and obtained their national certification as Certified Surgical Technicians. This initiative reflects GRMC’s continued investment in its workforce, ensuring that the hospital remains at the forefront of surgical excellence and patient safety on Guam.
The following GRMC surgical technicians have successfully earned their certifications:

To support this milestone, GRMC partnered with Core Education, a leading healthcare training provider, to offer an online, virtual education program tailored specifically for surgical technicians. This rigorous training equipped participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to pass the National Certification Exam administered by American Allied Health (AAH).
