“As nurses, we owe it to our teams and our patients to stay informed, inspired, and equipped to meet the demands of modern healthcare,” says Cruz. “I pursued this certification not only as a personal and professional milestone, but because I believe our nurses and patients deserve leadership that is rooted in evidence-based practice, accountability, and compassion. Earning this credential is deeply meaningful to me and I want it to reflect my ongoing commitment to growth, to our team, and to the people we serve every day.”
