Yes. This service enables you to pay your billing statement online. You can easily pay with your checking account, debit card, or credit card.

You will receive a billing statement in the mail.
Your online billing statement will be an exact replica of the billing statement you received in the mail.
We use the PDF format for storing and displaying your billing statements which makes it very easy to print or save it to your computer. Click here to get the free Acrobat Reader.
You can view your past bills by logging into your account and selecting the My Account tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view Correspondence/Document History and select the PDF hyperlink under the Document # column. It will open a new window with the PDF version of the bill. If you do not see the statement/s you are looking for, please call the GRMC Business Office at 671-645-5596 to 98.
Click back to exit the FAQs and go to “Sign up now!” from the login page. To enroll, you will need an email address, your Visit number, and your account name as it appears on your invoice or billing statement. Once you have enrolled, you will receive a validation email to confirm your registration. Please click the link in that email to complete registration. If you do not receive the validation email in your inbox within 10 minutes, please check your “spam” or “junk” folder and mark the email as “safe” or ” so you can receive emails from us in the future.
The initial enrollment process enrolls one account. If you have multiple accounts, please use the Link Accounts feature to add additional accounts to the primary account that was originally registered.

If you received any outpatient service from GRMC from July 01,2019 to January 16,2021 and if you’ve been admitted and discharged between July 01,2019 to July 16, 2021, GRMC created two or more account numbers for your services. One account number represents facility charges such as laboratory and radiology services, general nursing care, etc) and one or more account numbers represents the different professional charges (physician services).
Statements are available online for 1 year.
Yes, you can change both in the account settings tab.
