Dr. Eric Spak is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Among his special interests is mammography and breast imaging.
After graduating from UCLA, Dr. Spak went on to earn his Medical Degree at Georgetown University. He did an Internship at the San Diego Naval Hospital, completed his Residency at the San Diego Naval Medical Center and earned a Fellowship at the UCLA Medical Center in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at the UCLA Medical Center, the 5th highest ranked medical center in the nation.
Dr. Spak is a U.S. Navy veteran who has served in San Diego, Okinawa and Portsmouth Virginia. On retirement from the service, he was with Guam Radiology Consultants until joining the radiology team at GRMC. Dr. Spak was the first Interventional Radiologist to set up a practice on island when he arrived in 2005.
In his free time Dr. Spak enjoys free diving, scuba diving and traveling.
